I am Tim Shepherd, owner of A Grass Act. A Grass Act has been mowing lawns on the Northern Beaches for around 20 years. Tony started the business and I took over at the end of 2018.

Our focus is on lawn mowing however, we do provide other garden maintenance services during the slow growth months to help improve the look of your outdoor areas.

We cover most areas of the Northern Beaches from Warriewood to Brookvale.
